Warm up the housing to 80 - 100 grade C

Take a piece of wood ( better a harden like oak then a soft one ).

Place the housing with the crabkshaft pin with the ignition plate side upwards on a hard surface und push with a hammer and the piese of wood as protection the crankshaft out. Normally it will come out of housing with the bearing.

Can I use an ir thermometer the check when it gets hot?

If you have one.

If you have no one; If you dan`t touch the housing by hand, there a more then 80 degree C - and some more doesn`t matter

Only one thing left and it's this bearing, i have tried with the bearing extractor toll but the tool don't get grip beneath the bering. I have also tried to heat the case but did not work. Any idea?

I only have ideas that includes using a welder...

How did you remove the shaft which was in this bearing? Did you have to use some force?
If yes, try to stick the shaft back in the bearing, heat up the housing again and try to remove the shaft again.
If the fit between shaft and inner ring of the infact damaged bearing is strong enough, the bearing should go out with the shaft. But only, if the housing is warm enough.

No, no force, the shaft come loose very easy

Fill the inner hole of the bearing with window putty. Then take a wooden stick that fits exactly in the bearinghole (diameter). Now use a hammer to beat on the top of the stick to press the window putty in the hole. So the putty presses the bearing out.

This is not a joke! Try it!

AchimBaba, thank you for the tip, I have bought another tool to test first then i will see where I can get a wooden stick with 10mm.

You can see in the image the little space between the bearing and the case, the tool i have tried with had to thick "claws'" to get underneath.

Ich finde es einfach Toll das Andreas hier so geholfen wird.Leider kann ich kein Englisch .Bei uns war Russisch angesagt ,was nun auch Abhanden gekommen ist.Es wäre eine sehr nette Geste wenn Ihr Eure Antworten auch in Deutsch mitteilen könntet.Ist natürlich mit doppelter Arbeit verbunden.Da wüsste ich aber wenigstens worum es geht.Ich wäre dafür Dankbar,zumal hier eigentlich alles Deutschsprachig erledigt wird.Sollten wir nun International tätig sein muss ich noch Englisch lernen.Manfred.
